This guide outlines the process of uploading and managing knowledge files for your AI companion within the CreatorsAGI platform.
Navigate to the CreatorsAGI website.
Log in to your creator account.
Click the Creator Dashboard button in the top right corner.
You can create a new AI companion project by clicking the + New AI Companion Project button.
Alternatively, if you have existing projects, you can select one from the list of projects displayed.
Within your selected AI companion project, locate the Knowledgebase Files section.
Click the Advance File Processing option.
This will display the file uploader and file processing options.
Select a file from your computer. For this demonstration, we'll use a PDF file.
The file will initially display as Initializing while the system processes it.
Once the processing is complete, the file status will change to Succeeded.
Several options become available for the uploaded file, including:
Delete: Remove the uploaded file from the system.
Show: View the processed content.
Edit: Modify the processed file.
Download: Download the processed file for offline use.
Click the Add To Knowledge button to save the processed file to the knowledgebase.
The file will appear in the Knowledgebase Files list.
You have successfully uploaded and processed a knowledge file for your AI companion. Remember, you can manage and update your knowledge files as needed.
