  • The app offers both free trials and paid subscriptions. Many AI Companions offer a free trial period to get you started, allowing a limited number of interactions per day. After the trial, you can subscribe to unlock unlimited access and enjoy a richer experience.

• What can I do on the Home page?

  • The Home page presents a curated selection of AI Companions, showcasing their diverse range of expertise. Scroll through to discover new Companions or use the search bar to find specific ones.

• What is the Discover page?

  • The Discover page helps you explore the vast world of AI Companions. Search for specific Companions, browse by category, or discover new creators to follow.

• What is the Creators page?

  • The Creators page introduces you to the human minds behind the AI Companions. Creators are the source of the knowledge derived from their lived experience, their diverse and unique backgrounds, areas of expertise and their inspirations.

Interacting with AI Companions

• How do I choose an AI Companion?

  • Search or browse from within the app to find Companions that align with your interests. Check out their descriptions to learn more about their expertise. Many offer free trials, so you can try before subscribing.

• Can I talk to the AI Companion in any language?

  • Yes! Our AI Companions are multilingual and understand various languages. You can simply type or speak your questions in your preferred language.

• How do I get the most out of my conversations?

  • Be clear and specific in your questions. The better your prompts, the better the responses. Don't be afraid to experiment and explore different conversation paths.

• What actions can I take within a conversation?

  • Within a conversation, you can copy responses to your clipboard, bookmark favorite posts for easy access, edit and build on past questions, and even share insights via email.

• What should I do if the AI's advice doesn't fit my specific situation?

  • Feeling like the guidance isn’t quite right? No worries! You’re encouraged to give the AI more details to refine the advice. Your detailed context helps the AI tailor its responses better. And if there’s still room for improvement, your feedback is invaluable. Just hit the feedback button on the response to let us know how we can enhance the AI’s advice. You can use reactions or feedback menu item accessible near each response from the menu (three dots)

• How should you introduce yourself to the AI for a personalized experience?

  • It’s simple: give the AI a snapshot of your professional and personal interests and what you hope to gain from the app. Sharing your interests helps the AI tailor its guidance to your unique journey.

Managing Your Account

• How do I know how many interactions I have left?

  • When you are in a conversation with an AI Companion, you can see the remaining interactions by clicking on the info button next to the AI Companion near the top. This number resets daily according to your chosen plan.

• What if I run out of interactions?

  • If you run out of interactions, you can either wait for the daily reset or upgrade to a subscription plan with more daily interactions.

• How do creator subscriptions work?

  • Creators offer Subscriptions plans and each plan will give you access to Creator's AI Companions for a monthly fee. You can manage your subscriptions and cancel anytime within the app.

• Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Can I share my subscription with others?

  • Subscriptions are intended for individual use and cannot be shared with others.

• How can I delete my account?

• How do I update the app?

  • The app will automatically update to the latest version when it is available as long as you have turned on the settings to receive automatic updates. You can also manually check for updates in the app store.
